dc.description.abstract Food will always be an essential need for a human being. Such service crisscrossed every city on earth. They deliver a huge variety of products to satisfy demand. With such an essential role in human life, it is imperative to provide the best experience and benefit for both businesses and consumers in the market. One of the best ways to do this is by utilizing the digital system technology available. This thesis will discuss the development of a new generation food ordering system that will transform the current conventional method in the industry. Digitally driven, this system will allow much richer features to be implemented from both businesses and consumers to take benefits from. The end result will be a lower service time and a much better experience towards consumers that will further imply to consumer satisfaction for businesses. en_US
