One of the best ways to do this is by utilizing the digital system technology available. This thesis will discuss the development of a new generation food ordering system that will transform the current conventional method in the industry. Digitally driven, this system will allow much richer features to be implemented from both businesses and consumers to take benefits from. The end result will be a lower service time and a much better experience towards consumers that will further imply to consumer satisfaction for businesses.
