STOCK MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEM

Abstract

Stock management is the critical needs of the franchise company. Many businesses now using the franchise as one of many methods they used, while running a franchise, their branch sells the same product that given from company headquarter. One of their problems is stock management, for company with many branches they need to manage their branch to keep going, sometimes not all product is available in one branch, this is can be a problem that makes customer cancel to buy product that already they choose just because of one product that out of stock in that branch. Not only that but also for every branch need to know detail about their income, outcome, expense, and so on. Indonesian people have a high interest in the partnership. Many people will buy a franchise because by purchasing a franchise, you will get an auto drive business that all of the systems already establish and the user doesn’t need to think about creating new system again. It is obvious that both parties will be profitable, the company will get a new branch expansion and the user will get a systemize business process. Because of those problems, this thesis will discuss the system that can facilitate the company and the branch in an online transaction. to make sure that all the requested item will be recorded and will make the branch easier to get the item that customer requested and it will save time for the customer because they don’t need to go to another store to get the same item. By developing this online system, customer can avoid time-wasting activities.
