dc.description.abstract |
Nowadays, the progress of technology can also increase the demand for
microcomputer system that can provide the benefit for the human life. This
microcomputer system is expected to have an important role in helping human
especially in agriculture. One of its important role is helping the chili farmers. This is
because so many chili farmers especially beginner chili farmers who experience harvest
failure because of their plants are infected by some diseases. In addition, another factor
that can cause harvest failure is due to lack of care and knowledge from the chili farmers
regarding to the characteristics of the chili plants that are infected by purple spot disease.
Therefore, in this thesis will be discussed about the disease detection system on
the chili plant especially on the leaf of chili plant. This system is expected to be able to
help the chili farmers to detect whether their chili plant is infected by purple spot disease
or not by looking on its chili leaf. |
