dc.description.abstract This study was made to determine the effect of financial literacy and demographic factors on investment decision making 9case studies in Cikarang) in the Cikarang region. The definition of financial literacy is knowledge, skills, and beliefs, shich influence attitudes and behavior to improve the quality if decision making and financial management in irder to achieve prosperity, while for investment decision is how a manager allocates funds into investment that will benefit in the future. Respondents numbered 77 respondents from students, private employees, entrepreneurs, and civil servants who filled out questionnaires to individuals and also by using goggle docs. The analysis in this study uses the Chi Square test formula, the results of this study in the form of financial literacy affect investment decisions, while for demographic factors age affects investment decision, for demographic factors education and experience do not investment decisions. en_US
