SMART GROCERIES ANDROID APPLICATION “GROCERRY”

Abstract

Nowadays, most people cannot live without internet. As everything connected to the internet, smartphone become the most popular devices to access the internet because of its practicality. Mobile application also become the thing that needed to following the demand of the smartphone user. One of the popular application was ecommerce related application, which allow user to find, and buy anything that they need effortlessly. Not only for the customer, seller also need the application to help them selling and maintain their business. In this thesis, the Smart Groceries Android Application (Grocerry) will give the solution for small groceries owner to selling and maintain their goods. Also for customer to find and buy the goods easily. The purpose of this thesis is to create an android application that provides a platform that simplifies the communication between customer and the small groceries. This application would work based on location system, rating of each store, and item prices in order of bidding the order. In order to make the transaction between customer and grocery owner become easier and safer.
