dc.description.abstract	Nowadays, most people need to order something of their own stuff. But sometimes their stuff is not available or fully booked by the other customer, so they need to reserve it first before someone else took it. This method works as well especially on booking online website, such as: hotel reservation, ticket reservation, restaurant reservation, etc. This thesis intends to modernize the pet hotel and pet grooming reservation process of pet shop in Bekasi by making a web-based application. This application will simplify the reservation processes that have to be done by the customer, pet shop employees, and pet shop owner. Therefore, it will make a better and efficient pet services reservation process.	en_US
