This research aims to determine the level of employee engagement. Employee
engagement was a condition of employees who are psychologically involved with
their work both physically, cognitively, and emotionally driven by several drivers
such as relationships at work, clear expectation, and recognition. The research
subjects were permanent employees at bank XYZ in the human resource department
who had worked for at least 1 year totaling 270 people. Data retrieval was done by
spreading the Likert scale technique. The research data was analyzed using
descriptive statistical methods through the SPSS 23.0 for windows program. Based
on the results of the analysis that has been conducted, it was found that in general
human resource employees at bank XYZ perceive that relationship at work has a
high relation to employee engagement. This research about the influence of
relationship at work, clear expectation, and recognition is very useful for
understanding how company’s management optimally increases the level of
employee engagement in the organization. |
