| dc.description.abstract | This research aims to evaluate some factors that affect turnover intention in PT. XYZ due to its turnover rate which has increased in the last 3 years, whereas the highest of turnover rate is 14.74% in 2017. The selection of the factors is based on interview result with three ex employees to get the independent variables such as transformational leadership, work-life balance and organization culture. This research used quantitative and descriptive design to find the influence among independent and dependent variable. The researcher used nonprobability purposive sampling in conduct sampling test to 126 samples. Multiple regression analysis used as the research method to analyze the data. Finding of this research is there are negative influence in partial and simultant influence among independent and dependent variable. Those factors (transformational leadership, work-life balance and organization culture) contribute 39.3% to the turnover intention in PT. XYZ. | en_US |
