dc.description.abstract This research aims to evaluate compensation, transformational leadership and organizational commitment that affect turnover intention in head office of PT. Provices Indonesia due to its turnover rate which has increase in the last 5 years, whereas the highest of turnover rate is 25% in 2018. This research used quantitative research method. Respondents in this research were the employee of PT. Provices Indonesia in Head Office and the researcher used saturation sampling method in processing the data obtained from 52 respondents. From the result of hypothesis, it shown the compensation and organizational commitment do no face high problem to influence turnover intention while transformational leadership shows that has influence to increase turnover intention at PT. Provices Indonesia. en_US
