This quantitative research studied on how career and self-development, engagement
among employees, and job satisfaction influence millennial’s commitment to the
organization in Jakarta, as how plenty industries nowadays work with millennials.
The objective of this research is to identify the influence how career and selfdevelopment, engagement among employees, and job satisfaction towards
organizational commitment of millennials. This research limits on active employees
aged 19-38 years old in Jakarta using the non-probability sampling which is, taking
the sampling with total of 101 respondents. The data is gathered by spreading
questionnaires to people who work in Jakarta with the expected range of age
mentioned before. The result affirmed that how career and self-development,
employee engagement, and job satisfaction have a partial significant influence
towards organizational commitment of millennials in Jakarta. This study also showed
that all independent variables (self-development, employee engagement, and job
satisfaction) have simultaneously significant influence towards organizational
commitment of millennials in Jakarta. |
