dc.description.abstract | The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of recruitment, selection on employee performance through training at PT. Duta Setia Pratama. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Duta Setia Pratama, amounting to 70 people. While the sample in the study was 70 people. Sampling is done by distributing questionnaires directly to the research respondents. The method of analysis of this study uses path analysis method with the help of SPSS version 16.0 software. The variables applied in this study are Recruitment and Selection. The test results that Recruitment (X1) has a direct influence on Employee Performance (Y) of 0255. Selection (X2) has a direct influence on Employee Performance (Y) of 0.376. While Recruitment (X1) has an indirect influence on Employee Performance (Y) through Training (Z) as mediation of 0.708 and Selection (X2) has an indirect influence on Employee Performance (Y) through Training (Z) as a mediating variable of 0.752. in PT.
