dc.description.abstract | The objective of this research is to investigate the influence of corporate social responsibility (CSR) and corporate governance (CG) toward dividend payout; with corporate reputation as mediating variable between corporate social responsibility and dividend payout in manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange Period 2014-2016. The sample used in this research is 18 manufacturing companies, the data taken for 3 years. The researcher used multiple linear regregssion for analyzing the data.The result shows that corporate social responsibility significantly influences dividend payout. Corporate governance using the proxy of managerial ownership and size of board of director both has significant influence, with managerial ownership influence negatively. The mediating variable in this study which is corporate reputation, that mediates relationship of corporate social responsibility and dividend payout has found insignificant. Furthermore, both corporate social responsibility and corporate governance proxies by managerial ownership and size of board director influence dividend payout. | en_US |
