WEB-BASED CONSULTATION APPOINTMENT SYSTEM AND COMPANY PROFILE

Abstract

People are often confused about their business such as when they are having financial and tax problems or don’t know how to manage their business more efficiently. Financial and taxes that are not handled properly can worsen the business. Therefore, financial and tax problems should be handled by a professional consultant or consulting company. In a consulting company, several consultants have different areas of expertise according to their respective specialties and different schedules. Clients who want to have a consultation must come to the office. The schedule of consultants coming to the office can change due to the density of the consultant's work. Since the client does not know the schedule of the consultants, often some clients cannot have consultations because the desired consultant to solve the client's problem according to the consultant's expertise is not in the office. Based on this problem, a Web-based application is created to help clients see the consultant schedule list and schedule an appointment with the desired consultant to consult about the client's problem according to the consultant's expertise online. The application also provides features such as displaying the list of services, displaying the list of consultants, displaying the list of consultants based on the service selected, displaying the content of the company profile, displaying the history of appointments, displaying the profile details, canceling appointments, exporting appointment details to PDF, appointment reminder notification, editing profile, resetting the password, login, and sign up. For the consulting company, this application can help accelerate operational activities, promote the company in a better way, and attract more clients.
