dc.description.abstract The COVID-19 pandemic has not only had an impact on public health, but also the economic conditions, education, and social life of the Indonesian people. Based on data from the National Disaster Management Agency (BNPB), the number of positive patients infected with COVID-19 in Indonesia reached 6,575 people as of April 19, 2020. This pandemic has caused several local governments to implement Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB) policies which have implications for community activities, including activities. economic activities, educational activities, and other social activities. The decline in these activities has an impact on the socio-economic conditions of the community, especially the vulnerable and poor. Therefore, the government, both at the central and regional levels, has issued various policies to tackle the spread of COVID-19 as well as policies to mitigate the social and economic impacts of this pandemic. Likewise, the implementation of health protocols needs to be monitored, such as 3M (Using Masks, Washing Hands, Keeping Your Distance). These Study designed a mask detection system which can detect people who do not apply health protocols using masks in public spaces. en_US
