Abstract

Nowadays, development in every area is has carried out intensively. As we know, the progress of a city or country also depends on the development of infrastructure in the area itself. It is undeniable that there is a building budget plan in constructing a building. The process itself cannot be missed because it serves as a benchmark for what materials and expenses are needed to complete a job. Making this building budget plan is not easy and requires special skills or particular applications to manufacturing. This research aims to create a website-based application that can help individuals or a company make a building budget plan without buying an excel application on the market. This application will have features like user and admin features where later the user can check what materials will use along with the price needed. The people who control the price value are the admin who will provide and change any materials; also, the price is according to the price circulating in the market. In addition, the realization feature of the building budget plan will also be provided in this application to help users who use it be able to keep control of what percentage of project work has been carried out.
