dc.description.abstract The use of technology is very widespread and it is very beneficial for human life in meeting daily needs. That is because human always tries to push to develop technology. Nevertheless, there are still people who are not yet getting the full advantage. They are people with visual impairments who hardly get the information. Therefore, this study is to help those with visual impairments to access and learn the information specified in the education field. The application called LTI (Listen-to-It) will convert text into speech with the help of the Flutter flutter_tts plugin. The process of conversion is done by the plugin that includes the process of recognizing text and converting the text into speech. The application uses the Flutter framework with Dart as the programming language. The development of the application is expected to be a fast development and provide an expressive and flexible user interface. Since LTI domain knowledge is in education, it will focus on history matters and present various stories ranging from fictional ones to real stories recorded in historical records. It is expected to help people with visual impairments to get information easily just by listening to the application. en_US
