dc.description.abstract Toy Manufacturing Company, PT. MA Indonesia operates as a producer of toy products named B Dolls. Kaizen is one of the standards of improvement in PT. MA Indonesia. There are many daily minor improvements that employees have made in PT. MA Indonesia, yet there is no platform to record it. The unrecorded improvements cause a gap between similar improvements, unappreciated work, and un-noticed best practices to adopt. Therefore, the author develops a system to facilitate employees to record their daily improvement, track their daily performances, make a best practice adoption, and get their work noticed and appreciated by other employees at PT. MA Indonesia. Since the paperless operation is one of the critical deliverables of digitalization in PT. MA Indonesia industry 4.0 transformation will be 100% digital and paperless. This system will eliminate manual collection, recording analysis, and data communication and even improve automated process action. The development method uses the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Waterfall method, consisting of Requirement gathering and Analysis, Design, Testing, Implementation, and Maintenance. The implementation uses Microsoft 365 features: Microsoft Form, Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power Automate, Microsoft Power BI, and Microsoft Outlook. After three months of execution, the system successfully got positive feedback from the user, with a 95% satisfaction rate, 300+ daily improvements, and reduced 80% cycle time of recording data manually. en_US
