dc.description.abstract Significant severe damage occurred due to the fire January 19, 2017, in Pasar Senen Blocks 1 & 2. Pasar Senen Blocks 1 & 2 was then rebuilt to meet the needs of the community and further used as a business central for economic going around Central Jakarta. In the construction of this project, project management is needed, starting from the initial phase to the project completion phase. Project management carried out in this development refers to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK). In completing development by these development goals, many challenges are faced. One of the biggest challenges is overcoming time control which can cause projects to not go according to plan. Subsequently, the author proposes to analyze the field conditions as planned. The Earned Value Analysis (EVA) method will be used to overcome these problems. The Earned Value Analysis method is expected to identify and estimate the suitability of the project completion time with the initial schedule. In this thesis, calculations were carried out by comparing the number of costs of the completed work. The author compares four schedules (i.e. planned schedule, revision schedule 1, revision schedule 2, and revision schedule 3). The result show that there is a change in the scope of work for in the comparison between the planned schedule and schedule 1, but there is no change in cost and time. In the comparison of schedule 1 and schedule 2, there is a change in time but no change in cost and scope of work. Moreover, an adjustment to the cost center budget but does not change the final budget value are found in the comparison of the schedule 2 and 3. en_US
