The rape in conflicted area is so effective a tool to destroy ethnic, religious, national or racial groups.
Such sexual assault has long-term effects on not only women’s physical and mental health, and the future of illegitimate children from poor economy but also the National economic.
In fact, within the existing legal system, a country that has suffered sexual assault by soldiers is only asked forgiveness from the quality country at the national level, and there is no punishment for Individual Perpetrators.
This research proposes what criminal punishment should be applied to individual perpetrators of sexual crimes so that they cannot escape their responsibility for their own crime. |
