DEVELOPING ONLINE INTERVIEW WITH SPEECH-TO-TEXT TRANSCRIPTION PLATFORM

Abstract

In this post covid times it is not uncommon that online meetings have been our solution for prohibited offline meetings either with students, clients, coworkers, or your prospective employees. Online meeting is probably one of the best solution to a problem that we all have faced during covid time, in online meeting you sometimes have the recording of meeting session stored on the cloud storage so that everyone can access the session if they wanted to rewatch or revisit some important point that they have missed during the live session, however sometimes it's hard to find the information they want by watching through all of video recording session sometimes it can be a very long process that frustrating if we cannot find what we want after watching through the entire session’s recording. The purpose of this thesis research is to avoid the long and frustrating process of rewatching recording sessions by implementing Speech to text video transcription, in which we will use AI to generate video transcription, so that the important information can easily be accessed and found throughout video recording with its transcription.

The transcription will be generated once the room session has ended and will be stored in cloud databases along with video recording and participants information.
