dc.description.abstract Sufficient and timely raw materials are one of the success factors of a company. With a timely supply of raw materials, there is no shortage of raw materials in the production process. Every once a week, the Subcon Planner will request fabric to fulfill the requirement of die-cut parts based on the Material Requirement Planning (MRP) for 3 Subcon. The Subcon planner will prepare raw materials to meet the demand for die-cut parts for the next seven weeks. Determining the number quantity of raw material for support die-cut parts has been done manually using Microsoft Excel by the Subcon Planner and this manual process has a high cycle time with a time of 5987,4 seconds or 99,8 minutes. Based on the existing problems, when determining the quantity of raw material die-cut parts will be made so that there is no manual process that can be overcome by approaching the system engineering design using System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). In making the system, VBA Macro will be used as the primary tool to reduce processing time in determining number quantity of die-cut parts to support the sewing finished costume process. Implementing the proposed system can reduce the processing time to determine the quantity of raw material die-cut parts by as much as 67,7% of the cycle time from 5987,4 seconds or 99,8 minutes to 1929,1 seconds or 32,2 minutes. en_US
