FACTORS INFLUENCE OF TOURIST SATISFACTION AT NATURAL WATER IN KARAWANG

Abstract

Karawang regency with its capital named Karawang , is one of the regencies of west java province, although it is located in the West Java Karawang Regency , belonging to an area of relatively lowland. This can be demonstrated by the length of karawang regency‟s shoreline and at least its hills and mountain. There are several hills and mountains in the north of the region., while in the southern part that borders on the Bogor and Cianjur regions, the regency has a fairly complete region geographic potential. area Very small, only two wheelers can be access street and four road cant not passed through for car to waterfall Because road smaller and narrow, you can research the parking area before the tourist gate with four wheeled. The aims of research is we survey go to Cigentis waterfall and Bandung Waterfall on 31 march 2019. Method question and answer we use questionnaire SERVEQUAL spread to respondent which visiting natural water in Karawang with 42 question and 110 respondent . The result is many visitors that place, because all people which to natural water there place handling holiday and weekend . Locall government should accommodate community needs for tourist area. This may be the opportunity for local government to generate the original revenues ( PAD) at the district level. Moreover, there will be an economic improvement for the local community due to the existence of tourism activities.
