dc.description.abstract One of the websites that Indonesians visit the most frequently is one that lists employment openings. This is a result of the rising number of Indonesians looking for employment. For businesses looking to post job vacancy adverts, the majority of the existing job vacancy websites typically demand rather high charges. Additionally, the bulk of websites for job openings simply offer resources for online job applications and information on job vacancies. The website offers extremely few resources for businesses and job seekers. Users of job-vacancy websites lack access to efficient communication tools that would allow them to communicate and develop strong relationships. As a result, visitors to job-vacancy websites are frequently inactive. As a result, visitors to job-vacancy websites are frequently inactive. Web-based employment apps are created utilizing HTML (Hypertext Markup Language), which is used to mark up text pages, PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor), which is used to create scripts and objects that extend HTML's functionality, and MySQL as its underlying database. Based on testing, the created application can enhance a job board's overall functionality to encourage visitors to use the free services offered. en_US
