dc.description.abstract Attendance management is an essential part of any organization. The information acquired through the attendance management reporting manner helps in determining whether an organization is on the correct path and progressing toward a prosperous future. The staff is such a valuable resource that a company should know how to maintain track of their attendance and time. Monitoring attendance allows a corporation to understand which employees arrive on time, early, or consistently late. A Web-Based Employee Geolocation Attendance System was developed in this final project to track employee attendance regardless of where they are assigned. Each employee's location can be determined using a smartphone and GPS. The developed system can assist companies in monitoring employee attendance, collecting attendance history data, and visually analyzing data. The system was created using Agile Methodology, a software development methodology that aims for the continuous delivery of working products in short iterations. This project will be built using the database programming languages ASP.NET, VB, and SQL Server. en_US
