WEB-BASED CHECKS ON THE RESULTS OF A CHEMICAL ANALYSIS OF A PRODUCT TO GENERATE A CERTIFICATE OF ANALYSIS FOR PT.XYZ

Abstract

This web-based application was created to assist PT. XYZ's Quality Control (QC) division by making it easier for QC to assess product data and determine whether the product matches existing specifications. This website will have a simple user interface where users can enter data from product analysis results. The user will be requested to enter the findings of a product's chemical analysis for the system to check by automatically matching it with the standard specifications on the website. The information will be saved in a database integrated with the system. This website can also have several other features, such as the feature for users to download a Certificate of Analysis (COA) on eligible products, namely those with an accept status, the ability for users to simultaneously input product specifications by importing data in excel, and the presence of a dashboard that can provide information using charts for product status and total data on product, product specification, accept, reject, and pending.
