dc.description.abstract Incorrectly entering the schedule occurs because the car order paper is relatively small in size and is often lost and leads to ineffective use of the car, making the performance of the General Affairs (GA) Department often the subject of revision at every evaluation meeting of the HRGA Division of PT. DPM. This also leads to spending operational money because you have to rent a car outside of the cars that are already available. Based on the analysis that has been carried out, it was found that several abnormal conditions such as the GA were not always on standby at the table and there was no particular place to place the relatively small car order form. Loss of information about cars also often occurs because customers often directly contact drivers without going through GA (though ideally all car transactions must go through GA). Conduct the digitalization of the GA PT. DPM is a must. The system created using CodeIgniter and SQL Database has been adjusted for UI/UX with the intellectual capacity of the technology possessed by the user's resources, has a fairly simple but very crucial goal, namely to eliminate cases of lost car order papers. In addition, it can also make the use of the car more effective so that there is no swelling in the cost of renting a car from outside. en_US
