WEB-BASED STUDENT SAVINGS MANAGEMENT SYSTEM FOR EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS

Abstract

Financial management systems have evolved significantly in recent years, exploiting technological and automation breakthroughs. Financial management systems now provide diverse features and capabilities to assist firms in properly managing their finances. This provides real-time reporting capabilities, giving users the most up-to-date information on financial performance, cash flow, and other vital parameters. Interactive dashboards and visualizations make financial data easier to interpret and measure progress toward goals. In financial management systems, user experience and convenience of use have become critical issues. Attractive interfaces and user-friendly navigation make it easy for users, even those with less financial knowledge, to use the system and complete financial management activities. A school financial system for student savings is a specific platform or software developed to ease and manage students' savings activities within a school. It offers students a controlled and secure environment to deposit and track their savings. This final project proposal intends to present a web-based application to process data and help reduce manual calculations for all transactions (deposits, receipts, and payments), as well as to prevent incorrect calculations and keep reports organized. This reduces paperwork and eliminates the requirement for physical presence.
