dc.description.abstract With the improvement of social development and economic level, people have more and more types of food choices, and people's pursuit of food has undergone tremendous changes. With the increase of bad eating behaviors, people gradually realize that bad eating habits bring too many health problems, and many of them are caused by food safety, such as additives, counterfeiting, poor production environment and other issues. This qualitative research used data from 24 respondents from Shandong, China, through online questionnaires and analyzed. The result shows that women have a higher proportion of the concept of healthy food consumption than men, especially those with a year’s age of 20-30. Therefore, it shows that the consumption behavior of healthy eating has become the main theme. This is also the inevitable result of the changes theme. This is also the inevitable result of the changes of the times. Healthy eating is the most important thing in the 21st century. en_US
