dc.description.abstract The situation of economic competition is sharp increasingly requires companies to using good management system to improve operator’s productivity. One way to increase operator’s productivity it is necessary to know what factors that influence the operator’s productivity itself. The factors that affecting the productivity of operator are training, Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) implementation, reward system, working environment and tools. The purpose of this research is to find empirical evidence that shows on training, SOP implementation, reward system, working environment and tools have positive and significant effect on the operator’s productivity. The primary data that obtained from field observation was analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS) method with assisted by SmartPLS version 2.0 software. From result and analysis of research has been known that training and SOP implementation has positive and significant towards operator’s productivity, while reward system and working environment and tools has negative and significant towards operator’s productivity. en_US
