dc.description.abstract This final project is mainly focused on how to evaluate contract logistic division performance using balanced scorecard. Evaluation is something important and need to be done by all the company, because from the evaluation the company can understand their current condition. Right now, contract logistic division use financial ratio as its performance evaluation tools. Based on Kaplan and Norton financial ratio is not suitable enough to measure the company performance today, because there are a lot of factors that need to be evaluate not only from financial things only , such as from customer perspective, from learning and growth of the employee, etc. This research started from identifying the problem, after the problem already identified the next step is collecting literature study, after that is doing data collection, calculation and analysis. The final step is concluding all the result from the data analysis. At the end of this research, contract logistic division evaluation score using balanced scorecard is 4.65. en_US
