dc.description.abstract This study aims to make a study and answer problems regarding legal protection for the fulfillment of victims' rights and law enforcement against failures in carrying out reports of sexual violence by the Resort Police in the Southeast Minahasa Regency. This research is a research based on normative research methods with a juridical approach, so that this research will use qualitative data analysis. The results of the research found that based on the current law, the Southeast Minahasa Resort Police had not been optimal in providing legal protection to victims of sexual violence, resulting in a failure in carrying out the reporting procedure. For this reason, law enforcement is needed against this failure. en_US
