dc.description.abstract The women's accessories industry in Indonesia is experiencing significant growth, driven by changing fashion trends, increasing online penetration and increasing awareness of sustainability. Product innovation, appropriate market segmentation, and intense competition are key factors in winning the hearts of consumers who seek uniqueness and self-expression through jewelry. Export potential, cultural influence and stable economic conditions also strengthen the position of this industry to continue to develop and expand markets both domestically and internationally. By using technology and adapting to market changes, the women's jewelry industry in Indonesia has bright prospects for sustainable growth. This is proven by an increase of 43% in purchases of accessory items in the Indonesian market (kompas.id, 2023). COOEE is the answer to fulfill the needs of the female community to help them determine their character through the accessories provided by COOEE. This business will be established as a shop in the Blok M area, South Jakarta to attract generation Z women. We provide the latest quality products with a personal experience that consumers can choose for themselves. We provide a set ranging from necklaces, bracelets, rings, to charms that can add to the beauty of a woman's clothes. Operationally, COOEE is committed to leveraging technology and adapting to market dynamics to ensure sustainable growth. By staying attuned to consumer preferences and investing in efficient supply chain management, we aim to maintain a competitive edge and drive customer loyalty. In terms of marketing, COOEE will employ a multi-faceted approach, encompassing digital marketing strategies, influencer collaborations, and engaging social media campaigns to enhance brand visibility and attract our target audience. Through these initiatives, we aspire to position COOEE as the go-to destination for women seeking timeless beauty and self-expression through contemporary accessories. In terms of finance, COOEE has a total investment of Rp 550,000,000 with a BEP (Break-Even Point) payback period of 4 years.
