dc.description.abstract Internship programs, competence, and work motivation are essential in supporting and increasing work readiness. This research was motivated by the increased number of students at President University. The formulation of the problem in this research is how the internship program, competencies, and work motivation influence the work readiness of President University students. This research aims to determine the influence of the internship program, competence, and work motivation on the work readiness of President University students. The quantitative approach and data collection techniques are used through questionnaires distributed to active President University students for the 2021-2023 class. Ultimately, the researcher can achieve a sample of as many as 113 people. Researchers used SmartPLS 4.0 software to analyze SEM-PLS to prove hypotheses in data processing. The results of this research show that the internship program, competencies, and work motivation partially have a positive and significant effect on the work readiness of President University students. The internship program and work motivation simultaneously also had a positive and significant impact of 56% on the work readiness of President University students. In comparison, other variables that were not studied influenced the remaining 44% of work readiness. The final results of the research show a significant influence of the Internship Program through Work Motivation on Work Readiness. Work motivation also has a significant influence on Work Readiness. The final finding is that Competencies have an insignificant impact on Work Readiness. en_US
