The coffee industry is one of the largest beverage industries in the world with almost
2.25 billion cups of coffee sold every day, coffee is the second largest export
commodity in the world after oil and according to data, 30-40% of the world's
population consumes coffee every day. The coffee beverage industry is the world's
largest contributor to the global economy by generating more than 200 billion every
year. 73% of Indonesian people really like to enjoy coffee with the average
generation x and z with North Sulawesi in 3 place of Coffee Consumption in
Indonesia after DKI Jakarta and North Sumatra with this data. Kaphi Coffee is the
answer for generations x and z in the city of Manado who want to enjoy coffee
drinks with various variants, of course with this plan a strategic marketing plan is
needed which will be a key factor to support business growth. Our business will use
2 types of promotional strategies where it will use digital channels for its marketing
plans which include social media promotions with the help of influencers and online
travel booking platform promotions, then direct marketing plans through banners,
promotions, distribution of promos, conducting Collaboration with billboards in the
middle of the city to display every Kaphi Coffee marketing strategy. After the
business is operational, our business will operate from Tuesday to Sunday by
preparing 1 day off to give Kaphi Coffee employees to rest and be able to work
optimally on another day, then take steps to ensure this business runs well. Our
business also prepares a financial plan. by providing several data such as Profit and
Loss Statements, Cash Flow Statements, Balance Sheets, Payback Period, Ratios,
and Net Present Value. According to that financial plan. Our business will be
supported by the author's investment of Rp. 400,000,000 and will reach the Break
Even Point of 4 years 5 months. |
