Leadership is seen as playing an important role in forming high-performing teams or
individuals. To enhance a company's commitment to attaining maximum
performance, it is imperative to examine not just the leadership style applied by a
leader but also the motivating factors provided to the employees. When compared to
less motivated employees, motivated employees are more self-motivated. The
leadership style of a leader and the motivation they provide for their followers or
subordinates have a great impact on employee performance. One reason for an
individual to perform outstanding performance is when she/he felt committed. This
research was conducted at PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk in Purwakarta. The
purpose of this study is to examine whether leadership, intrinsic motivation, and
organizational commitment are factors that impact employee performance at PT
Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk Purwakarta. This study used a quantitative analysis
method. In total, there were 105 respondents in this research. A questionnaire was
utilized to gather data. Online distribution of the questionnaire was made to
employees at PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk Purwakarta. SPSS software was used
in this study to examine the hypothesis and analyze the data. The study's findings
demonstrated that Leadership has a significant impact on Employee Performance,
Intrinsic Motivation has a significant impact on Employee Performance,
Organizational Commitment has a significant impact on Employee Performance, and
also Leadership, Intrinsic Motivation, and Organizational Commitment have a
simultaneous impact on Employee Performance. |
