Innovations in menu variations, such as dimsum with local flavors and more modern ingredients, have contributed to its increasing popularity. Target markets include food enthusiasts, young professionals, and families looking for a convenient yet gourmet meal option. This trend is fueled by a growing interest in diverse culinary experiences and the convenience of portions suitable for sharing meals. we aim to capitalize on this trend and fill a niche market for quality dimsum.
