dc.description.abstract Sleep problems have become a common issue in modern times, greatly affecting people's health, emotional well-being, and overall quality of life. The "DreamScape AR" project seeks to address these issues by using augmented reality (AR) technology to create a calming pre-sleep environment. This project offers an innovative solution that projects relaxing, sleep-inducing scenes onto the user's actual surroundings, combined with personalized soundscapes. Users can also monitor their sleep patterns. The development process includes creating immersive AR experiences, ensuring ease of use and comfort, and seamlessly integrating audio-visual elements to enhance the sleep experience. The outcome is a practical, non-invasive tool designed to help users relax and achieve better sleep quality through an engaging and interactive application. en_US
