dc.description.abstract In today's digital era, visitor management has become a crucial aspect of maintaining security and ensuring a satisfying customer experience. In this capstone design project, we have introduced "New Way Access", a modern visitor management system designed to increase customer satisfaction. The system incorporates the latest technology to provide an efficient and user-friendly solution for companies and visitors. "New Way Access" provides a seamless online visit registration, complimentary beverage selection, and instant feedback collection to improve the system, and elevate the visitor experience. Through the implementation of this system, we hope to strengthen the company's reputation in terms of security and customer service. en_US
