dc.description.abstract The rapid growth of eFishery has introduced significant technological advancements, enhancing product deliveries and broadening customer engagement. However, this progress also brings challenges, particularly in fraud prevention within the supply chain and customer acquisition processes. Notable issues include the loss of components during deliveries, such as missing eFeeder/WQMS parts, mismatched serial number of feeders, and deceptive practices by salespersons, such as conducting false surveys and over-ordering eFeeders to meet key performance indicators (KPIs). Additionally, ambiguities in identifying the Person in Charge for the sales process and deliveries complicate communication and coordination. These challenges significantly impact customer trust and satisfaction, as incomplete deliveries necessitate re-orders, leading to dissatisfaction and eroding the eFishery brand credibility. Furthermore, deceptive practices during customer surveys compromise the integrity of customer interactions and pose long-term reputational risks for the company. To address these issues, there is an urgent need for a robust and innovative Fraud Prevention and Detection System specifically tailored for eFishery. This capstone project aims to develop a comprehensive solution to prevent and detect the multifaceted nature of fraudulent activities within the company, by successfully implementing this project, eFishery can enhance its sustainability and growth by fostering a secure and trustworthy ecosystem for both customers and the company. en_US
