Even though we all know that the employee is important asset of an organization, there are some organizations do not conduct performance measurement level of employee, and most of employee does not care about their performance. In order to eliminate unnecessary activities the organization is recommended to make a performance measurement which will measure each employee’s performance fairly. In this thesis work sampling method is used to measure the performance level of employee. The first step is observing the daily activity of employee. Then, the performance level of employee can be found from the data of observation. |
