dc.description.abstract Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) represents a company's commitment to managing its impact on society and the environment responsibly. Recognizing CSR's significance, this document explores its potential to enhance human resources and foster societal benefits through well-managed programs. Despite its advantages, communities often struggle to secure funding for social initiatives, and companies face challenges in efficiently managing CSR activities. The key issues include difficulties in sourcing CSR funds, fragmented program management, lack of transparent impact reporting, and unstable partnerships between companies and communities. To address these, the project aims to develop a platform facilitating community access to CSR funds and enabling companies to manage these initiatives more effectively. This platform will provide an integrated project management system, ensure transparent and accountable reporting, and foster sustainable collaborations. The analysis identifies financial, social, and technological constraints that hinder efficient CSR management. Proposed functionalities include a project management system for streamlined operations, impact and documentation monitoring for transparent evaluations, and a chatbot for user interaction and information dissemination. This comprehensive approach seeks to overcome existing barriers and maximize the positive impact of CSR initiatives on society and the environment. en_US
