dc.description.abstract This report examines the Training Management module within the Talent Management System (TMS) designed to enhance employee development and optimize organizational performance. The module focuses on streamlining the training process by systematically identifying training needs based on performance evaluations, organizing training schedules, and tracking progress. By aligning employee growth with organizational goals, the system ensures that training programs are tailored to individual skill gaps and contribute to the company’s overall objectives. The module also incorporates feedback mechanisms and post-training assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, enabling continuous improvement. Through automation, the Training Management module aims to increase efficiency, reduce administrative workload, and provide clear career development paths for employees. By integrating with performance management and talent pool modules, this system creates a cohesive framework that not only develops employee skills but also ensures a steady pipeline of talent for future leadership roles, thus fostering long-term organizational growth. en_US
