The digital age encourages businesses to integrate information technology into their operations to make them more efficient, accurate, and transparent. PT. Graha Buana Cikarang handles various tasks in the departments of purchasing, human resources recruitment, and asset monitoring, where the majority of the work is still done by hand. This includes things like the goal's keterlambatan, the difficulty of data collection, the risk of data loss, and the degree of transparency in work-related activities.
The goal of this project is to create a web-based integrated management system with three primary modules: asset monitoring, HR recruitment, and purchasing. To enhance data security, the system is made to automate business procedures, centralize data management, and offer role-based access control, automated validation, and notification capabilities.
Users are intimately involved in the analysis and testing process as part of the iterative development methodology. The system can function well, has a consistent performance, has an easy-to-use interface, and is compatible with multiple platforms. according to the findings of functional, non-functional, and security tests. At PT Graha Buana Cikarang, the deployment of this system has effectively increased operational efficiency, expedited the hiring and procurement process, and established a solid basis for long-term digital transformation. |
