This report presents the design and implementation of the Digital Disposition
Automatic Management System (DDAMS) aimed at enhancing administrative
governance in Bojongmangu Subdistrict. The traditional manual process of document
disposition resulted in frequent delays, lack of transparency, and inefficient tracking,
which hampered public service performance. To address these challenges, DDAMS
was developed as an automated solution that supports digital document submissions,
electronic approvals, real-time tracking, and centralized archiving. The system was
built using open-source technologies such as PHP, MySQL, and Laravel, and follows
the Waterfall development model. Testing results indicate that the system successfully
improves efficiency, reduces errors, and enhances public access to administrative
services. This project demonstrates the potential of digital transformation in local
government to improve transparency, accountability, and operational sustainability. |
