dc.description.abstract Human resources (HR) are productive individuals who work as drivers of an organization, both within institutions and companies who function as assets and must be trained and developed. In line with the previous Human Resources are productive individuals who work as drivers of an organization, both in institutes and companies who have a function as assets so they must be trained and developed their abilities The development of technology, especially information technology, allows people to gather non-physically through virtual meeting forums. The use of technological developments creates social conditions in society so that they are able to adapt and compete with developed countries in the world. The main goal is to make employees work more optimally, efficiently and there is capacity building training for employees by replacing the old working system with the new one that is already digitized and adapted to remote working, enabling employees to work seamlessly. en_US
