dc.description.abstract Legal protection for Justice Collaborator in the judicial system is a major concern in ensuring that the rights of Justice Collaborator are properly protected in accordance with Law No. 31 of 2014 concerning Amendments to Law No. 13 of 2006 concerning the Protection of Witnesses and Victims. This study aims to enhance the transparency of the criminal justice system by examining the implementation of protection for Justice Collaborator in case No. 798/Pid.B/2022/PN JKT.SEL. This study uses a normative juridical with a case study approach. The results of this study indicate that the legal protection provided by the LPSK to Richard Eliezer is in accordance with legal provisions, as Richard Eliezer has received physical and psychological protection, as well as a reduction in his sentence. en_US
