To achieve the research objectives of this study, the researcher has made a
statement about the influence of Communication Effectiveness, Job Stress, and
Information Technology on Employee Engagement in Alfamart Employees to be
analyzed so that the expected results can be obtained. The type of research used in
this research is quantitative approach. The sample used was 100 Alfamart
employees in Jakarta who have worked for more than three years. The data
analysis method used is the statistical analysis method using IBM SPSS Statistics
26 software. The result stated that Communication Effectiveness positively
influences Employee Engagement at Alfamart Employees in Jakarta. This means
more effective communications, will increase employee engagement. Job Stress
negatively influences Employee Engagement at Alfamart Employees in Jakarta.
This means higher job stress, communications, will decrease employee
engagement. Information Technology positively influences Employee
Engagement at Alfamart Employees in Jakarta. This means better information
technology implementation, will increase employee engagement. Communication
Effectiveness, Job Stress and Information Technology simultaneously can
influence Employee Engagement. This means more effective communications,
lower job stress and better information technology implementation, will increase
employee engagement. |
