This research study aims is to analyze the influence of training (TR) and
communication (COM), towards employee performance (EP) in industry
hospitality at PT. JHS in Cikarang. Employee performance in hospitality industry
is to serve the customer, to make the customer expectations met. The succeed of the
service given to the customers is depending on how will the employee interact and
perform their respected duty. This research study used quantitative method and use
a questionnaire to the employee at PT. JHS as the respondents. The analysis data is
using a SPSS version 23 and multiple linear regression. From the questionnaire, the
researcher collected 223 respondents. The result of this research study show that
training and communication simultaneously influence employee performance. The
two variables independent have a positive significance influence towards employee
performance, with communication have dominant role to contribute the influence
of performance. This indicates that how important it is to have a training that are
met the target, internal communication which effective to boost the employee
performance in hospitality industry. |
