dc.description.abstract The President University Student Organization Events (hereinafter referred to as PUSOE) are widely recognized as an important component in supporting student development at President University. Accordingly, examining the extent to which event management and university support within PUSOE contribute to such development is crucial, as both play a significant role in shaping students’ personal growth. This research employs a questionnaire to capture general student perceptions, followed by FGD involving 63 students from student organizations and event committees, as well as interviews with campus management, academic units, and administrative staff at the faculty and study program level to examine the alignment between institutional policies, administrative coordination, and student organizational practices in event management. The findings indicate that PUSOE serve as valuable experiential learning platforms that foster communication, leadership, teamwork, time management, responsibility, resilience, and emotional intelligence. However, the effectiveness of these developmental outcomes is strongly influenced by institutional support, particularly in the areas of funding, venue access, guidance, and administrative clarity. The study further reveals that delays in budgeting, policies, complex approval procedures, and inconsistent communication may hinder event implementation and compel students to engage in reactive problem-solving. In response to these challenges, the report recommends the establishment of clearer written policies, more efficient administrative and financial procedures, stronger supervisory support, a centralized information platform, and improved internal planning within student organizations to enhance the educational and developmental impact of PUSOE. en_US
