| dc.description.abstract | This research purpose is to determine the studies of decomposed theory planned behavior towards mobile banking adoption in Indonesia. Since the mobile banking adoption in Indonesia is still low compare to the proportion of mobile phone subscriber, researcher conducts DTPB theory with attitude, subjective norm and perceived behavioral control as the key driver variables. The research is quantitative research using structured questionnaires and spread via online. Researcher uses probability random sampling that effectively collects 290 respondents of 410 respondents which collected from respondents who already use mobile banking. The questionnaire spreads mostly around Jabodetabek area with majority respondents who filled the questionnaire are millennials. In terms of variables, researcher is using SPSS 22 (process macro) and AMOS (path diagram) for the statistical tools for calculating the relationship of the model designed. Both of the statistical calculations give the different output which using path diagram identify attitude (ATT) and perceived behavior control (PBC) has significant influence towards mobile banking adoption (MBA) as mediator variable. Contrarily, subjective norms (SN) have negative influence towards mobile banking adoption. Additionally, the independent variable, perceived usefulness (PU) and perceived ease of use (PEOU) have significant influence to attitude (ATT) and self-efficacy (SE) and facilitating condition (FC) have positive influence towards perceived behavior control. At the end, this study represent as the important of attitude and perceived behavior control for the improvement to financial institution especially for mobile banking adoption. | en_US |
